Returns Policy

While it is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Loré purchase, we encourage you to contact us if you’ve experienced any issues. We will strive to sort your problem out as best we can and as efficiently as possible. We have simplified our return policy and ask that you adhere to the following steps:

  1. You must notify us within 72 business hours of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange your item. Please describe the problem and the reason for the return. Should you email or leave a voicemail on the weekend when we are closed, please be assured that we will honor the timestamp of your voicemail or email message.
  2. At the time you contact us to arrange for your return or exchange we will issue you a RMA number specific to your order. This number must be written on the outside of the package when you return your items. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number. Lore is not responsible for returns that we do not receive and we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.
  3. We will only accept items returned in their original condition meaning no tears, no wear and no odors and all original tags must still be attached. Should we find that an item does not meet these conditions upon receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  4. All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returns without a RMA # will not be accepted.
  5. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non refundable.
  6. Refunds will only be issued upon our receipt of the returned order.
  7. Refunds will be processed for the cost of the item only and any tax charges (if applicable).
  8. We will not accept any return that is received in our warehouse after 30 days from the date of your order.
  9. We are happy to process any return for an exchange and that can be arranged at the time you receive your RMA number. Customers will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us but we will ship the exchange to them free of charge.
  10. In normal circumstances a store credit will be issued and placed directly onto the account of the original order. If you wish to be refunded then please mention that when obtaining your RMA number. Note that any refunds will only be issued by way of your original payment method.
